At B.ILLST, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

How to Request a Return

Send us a direct message on Instagram @b.illstclothing with:

- Your full name

- Order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- A description of the issue

- Photos if the product is faulty

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds apply to the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable.

B.ILLST reserves the right to decline returns if items are:

Worn or washed, stained or damaged, missing original tags or packaging, or altered in any way.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval

- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

- We are not responsible for lost return parcels — please use a tracked shipping service

- International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees on returns

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want — subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If confirmed, B.ILLST will cover return shipping and offer a full refund.
